Thinking back, I really have always loved documenting my life through photos, even if I didn't realize that was what I was doing at the time. It all started with me begging my parents to take me to CVS to grab a Kodak disposable camera, using all the film to take photos of anything I could, getting it developed and creating my own personal photo albums that I still have packed away at my parents home.
In 2011, my mom purchased the coolest Nikon D5000 DSLR camera (which I eventually took over, sorry mom!!!) and I was hooked. Even though I photograph a Sony setup now, my first Nikon is still displayed on my desk to remind me of when and why I started this business.
Images that feel like art and encapsulate your favorite memories
No fake posing or awkward moments. Just you + your love!!
I want to be intentional with how I interact with my couples, and their friends and family- always kind, caring, and understanding of the precious moments I'm documenting
In a deeply fabricated world, my goal as a photographer is freezing moments in frame that don't happen twice. I believe that wedding photography should be natural, honest, and true to you + your love story. Whether you're laughing at your maid of honor's speech, or crying as your eyes meet your mother's when you walk down the aisle, I'm here to make sure you feel completely wrapped up in the moment. A wedding day isn't a photo op or instagram content- it's the day you dedicate your forever to someone. It's brave, vulnerable, and one of the most important decisions of your life. My style is all about capturing this in its truest form.
Of course, I won't leave you hanging! I will guide and prompt you to make sure the images are a true reflection of you as a couple. I'd love to grab coffee or hop on a phone call to chat more! Fill out my contact form to get started- I can't wait to get to know you.
My husband and I are avid movie watchers. Our weekly date night either consists of going to the theater or renting a good movie at home and proceeding to rate it on a scale of 1-10 after. Some of my favorite movies are Pride and Prejudice (2005), Little Women, Howl's Moving Castle, Parasite, and Everything Everywhere All At Once.
